The department is equipped with fully qualified faculty to serve the needs of the institution. The Department of Mathematics also helps students in understanding the intensity of the subject to use it to real life applications. The Department encourages students to question, explore, and research throughout their studies, ranging across the various disciplines of sciences. The department contributes much to the needs of society by producing highly skilled professionals. We believe in quality of education to set up ethical and professional standards for tomorrow’s better society.

HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT

Dr. K. Venkateswara Raju, Professor & HoD, Department of Mathematics, Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering completed his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He has 18 years of Teaching and 12 years of Research Experience. He has been associated with SV College of Engineering, Tirupati since 2021. His research areas are Newtonian and Non-Newtonian fluids, Hybrid Nano-Fluids, Unsteady, MHD, Heat and Mass transforms. He has published 31 papers in International and National Journals and presented papers in many national and international conferences and also published two books as an author and He has submitted two project proposals. He is an alumni of the SV Colleges, Kadapa.
